Like our build packages, we offer a range of Website Support & Maintenance Packages depending on how hands-on you need us to be.

Level 0 Basic

£28 + VAT per month (12 months)

For clients choosing the Starter Build Package only, we offer a Basic support option to get you up and running that includes a bi-monthly WordPress and plugin update.

Level 1 Standard

£40 + VAT per month (12 months)

Do-it-yourself site content updates but with the reassurance that we can fix anything that is broken.

  • Bi-monthly site backup and WordPress updates
  • Plugin updates
  • Troubleshooting/fixing site issues (fair use policy)
  • 48 hour helpdesk response – by email (normal office hours)

Level 2 Advanced

£100 + VAT per month (12 months)

We’ll do your updates to make sure that your website is refreshed and looking good.

  • Bi-monthly site backup and WordPress updates
  • Plugin updates
  • Troubleshooting/fixing site issues (fair use policy)
  • 48 hour helpdesk response – by email (normal office hours)
  • 4x site content updates per month (based on client supplied content, including tidying up images)

Level 3 Premium

£150 + VAT per month (12 months)

Need more frequent site updates and optimisation of content? With this package, we also include a faster response time for helpdesk support.

  • Bi-monthly site backup and WordPress updates
  • Plugin updates
  • Troubleshooting/fixing site issues (fair use policy)
  • 24 hour helpdesk response – telephone/email (normal office hours)
  • 8x site content updates per month (based on client supplied content, including tidying up images)

Level 4 Enhanced

£200 + VAT per month (12 months)

Our team is part of yours, we offer maintenance, advice and support to make sure your website really connects.

  • Bi-monthly site backup and WordPress updates
  • Plugin updates
  • Troubleshooting/fixing site issues (fair use policy)
  • 24 hour helpdesk response – telephone/email (normal office hours)
  • 8x site content updates per month (based on client supplied content, including tidying up images)
  • Monthly 1 hour site development/support call with Project Manager
  • 12 hour helpdesk response – email (out of hours)
