£500 website package

Kehorne have a great value website package starting at £500 + vat with a £28 + vat monthly hosting package.

So what is included in our Website Package:-

• SSL included – the padlock that proves the site is secure (critical in website security and Google want to see this)
• Bandwidth – the amount of data being transferred – we run a fair usage policy for bandwidth – details upon request
• Maximum number of pages 3
• Storage limit of 500MB on our server that holds the website and emails
• Responsive design so it looks great on desktop, laptop or mobile phone
• WordPress content management system so you can amend the images and content as and when you want
• Template based design
• Social media integration (links to client own social media pages – we will set up accounts but not populate them)
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) plugin setup – so you can make your site found on Google
• SEO analysis available for extra one off fee or monthly reporting quoted separately.
• Online support
• Backups – we back up your website and data
• 6 Months minimum contract term – you can move hosting and the website anytime as long as the account is paid up to date and includes any payment due within minimum term – the design is owned by the Client and is yours forever, we won’t tie you in to Kehorne because we feel that our great service will mean you won’t want to leave us!

All content and images must be supplied by you the client.

Support limited to 3 hours during project and 2 hours after project (assuming all is within original scope) with £90 per hour charged after that period for issues outside scope – all bugs would be fixed outside of these time limits
£25 + vat per month hosting / maintenance and updates to WordPress and Plugins – These updates provide security updates to reduce hacking risks (so are essential and recommended by Police http://www.nationalcrimeagency.gov.uk/about-us/what-we-do/national-cyber-crime-unit), if an update breaks the site this is outside the maintenance scope unless the fix is within a 5 minute operating window – outside this it is a quotable (£) fix and comes under Website Support.

Payment is 50% upfront with 50% on going live. The first monthly payment is due on the site going live and then every month thereafter.
